Caleb Daniel
Logs 37 disposals in GF
DWestern Bulldogs
September 26, 2021
Daniel recorded 37 disposals (26 kicks, 11 handballs) and made six marks during Saturday's 140-66 loss to Melbourne in the Grand Final.
ANALYSIS
Daniel had the most disposals among the Dogs by a wide margin and remained active even as the 'Dees pulled away after halftime. Throughout the season, Daniel proved capable of putting up big numbers, though this performance was his best, and he's not the one who should be leading when Premierships are on the line. Heading into 2022, Daniel is a decent alternative when the other stars on his team don't perform as well.

Bonner scored one goal, logged 32 disposals (25 kicks, seven handballs) and took 10 marks during Saturday's 116-45 loss to the Western Bulldogs in the Preliminary Final.
ANALYSIS
Bonner put up his best game of the season at the perfect time, but he probably shouldn't have gotten so much possession in order for the Power to win. With 19.9 disposals and 4.8 marks per game, Bonner was able to improve in 2021 and could get even better next season.
Steven May
Picks up hamstring injury
DMelbourne Demons
Hamstring
September 10, 2021
May subbed out in the third quarter of Friday's Preliminary Final win over Geelong due to hamstring tightness, according to coach Simon Goodwin. "We'll assess that over the next few days, but we're quietly confident that he'll be okay. It is back-related type of tightness in his hamstring, so we'll have to assess that and see what it looks like over the next few days."
ANALYSIS
May has plenty of time to return after Melbourne's advancement to the Grand Final, so he'll hope his injury remains a minor one. Though his value hasn't been great recently, he has something to offer if he's able to log 20 disposals if he returns this season.
Grant Birchall

DFree Agent
September 9, 2021

ANALYSIS
Birchall was a member of four premiership-winning teams in his career, which spanned 287 matches. The 33-year-old defender played in all 23 of Brisbane's games this season, averaging 18.5 disposals and seven marks per match.
Alex Keath
Will miss Prelim Final
DWestern Bulldogs
Hamstring
September 9, 2021
Keath will miss Saturday's Preliminary Final against Port Adelaide due to hamstring tightness.
ANALYSIS
Keath doesn't add much fantasy value with an average of 12 disposals per game but he's still an absence in what will be a tough game. With any luck, he'll get another chance to play if the 'Dogs stay alive in the finals.
Joel Smith
Out for Prelim Final
DMelbourne Demons
Hamstring
September 9, 2021
Smith (hamstring) will miss Friday's Preliminary Final.
ANALYSIS
Smith has only played three times all season and managed to pick up a hamstring issue in training just before this game. His absence shouldn't change much for one of the healthiest teams in the league and he'll hope the Dees survive another round so he has a chance to get back before the end of the season.
Joel Smith
Dealing with hamstring injury
DMelbourne Demons
Hamstring
September 7, 2021
Smith suffered a hamstring injury at training Tuesday, 7 AFL reports.
ANALYSIS

Hamish Hartlett
Returns in SANFL
DPort Adelaide Power
September 7, 2021
Hartlett returned from a knee injury in Saturday's SANFL match against Glenelg.
ANALYSIS
Hartlett hasn't played in the AFL since the end of May and should at least be available for selection, and has recorded over 20 disposals in two of his nine games this season.
Hayden Crozier
Still out for semi-final
DWestern Bulldogs
Concussion
September 2, 2021
Crozier (concussion) is not in the lineup for Saturday's semi-final versus the Lions.
ANALYSIS
Crozier hasn't appeared in an AFL match since July 17 and doesn't seem likely to do so during the Bulldogs' Finals run either. He did have a few solid fantasy showings when available but seems unlikely to make the lineup even if he's healthy.
Darcy Gardiner
Good to go for semi-final
DBrisbane Lions
September 2, 2021
Gardiner (knee) is in his usual fullback spot for Saturday's semi-final versus the Bulldogs.
ANALYSIS
Gardiner was given a test designation earlier in the week due to a knee injury but has apparently pulled up well in training. He will join Marcus Adams and Brandon Starcevich on the back line and can have some fantasy value on occasion.
Isaac Cumming
Ready for semi-final
DGreater Western Sydney Giants
September 2, 2021
Cummin (ankle) will suit up for Friday's semi-final versus the Cats.
ANALYSIS
Cumming departed the elimination final last week with an apparent ankle injury after landing awkwardly but has avoided major damage. He will slot in as a fullback alongside Jake Stein and Sam Taylor.
Adam Kennedy
Still unavailable
DGreater Western Sydney Giants
Hamstring
September 2, 2021
ANALYSIS
Kennedy was considered a test for the match after suffering a hamstring injury in training last week but was unable to get right in time to make it back into action. He'll look to make it back in time for next week should the Giants move on.
Sam J. Reid
Sitting out semi-final
DGreater Western Sydney Giants
Hamstring
September 2, 2021
Reid will not play in Friday's semi-final match versus the Cats.
ANALYSIS
Reis was deemed a test for the contest due to an injured hamstring but won't get up in time to make an appearance in the contest. He will instead rest up and hope his team can advance without him.
Zaine Cordy
Ready for semi-final
DWestern Bulldogs
August 31, 2021
Cordy (illness) will be available for Saturday's semi-final versus the Lions.
ANALYSIS
Cordy was a late withdrawal for last week's elimination final due to an illness but appears to be fit well ahead of Friday's match. He will presumably slot into the back half again for the Bulldogs.
