Tolliver was released by the Elks in the team's final roster cuts Saturday, CFL.ca reports.
ANALYSIS
Tolliver, who came to the CFL after playing in the NFL and then XFL, played 12 games with six starts during his first season with the Elks in 2021, recording 29 catches for 383 yards and four touchdowns. The 6-foot-3 slotback led Edmonton in receiving during the team's 19-17 loss to the Roughriders last season and should have a future elsewhere in Canada should he sign with a new team.
